I've had my Sprint Samsung Epic 4g since about launch and generally love the phone.. Of course like any customizable "smart phone" there are a lot of things you can change to make it work better.

Some of these tips you'll love, some you'll be happier to ignore - I like my phone "my" way, but I've helped a few others customize their phone and found most of the tips I share here are universally liked:
